All transactions are processed through the methods listed in your account dashboard. Minimum and maximum limits apply per transaction type. Processing times vary by method and jurisdiction.

pak355 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is encouraged. Gambling is for entertainment only — never chase losses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak355 will never ask for your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
pak355 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where a self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak355 ("pak355", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak355 platform, including its website, mobile applications, betting markets, casino games and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
pak355 is an online betting and casino information platform designed for English-speaking users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — as well as live dealer casino games, slots, table games, esports and instant games.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the pak355 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak355.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. By registering, you warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
Underage Gambling is Illegal. Any User found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their account suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation. We cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry relating to underage access.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pak355 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.
By registering an Account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. This does not constitute legal advice; you are strongly encouraged to obtain independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your legal position.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party, share your Account with another individual or allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials.
To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.
pak355 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:
pak355 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pak355 will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately via the Help Center or Live Chat available after login.
The Platform is made available for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations and any additional guidelines published by pak355 from time to time.
You must not use the Platform to engage in any of the following:
pak355 aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party outages or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of certain services or markets. pak355 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
pak355 supports a range of payment methods as listed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. These may include various bank transfer options and digital payment services familiar to users in Pakistan. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for contextual reference only. pak355 does not represent that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling transactions. Users must independently confirm the applicable terms of any payment provider.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as specified at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are published in the cashier section and may be adjusted by pak355 in line with its responsible gambling obligations or regulatory requirements.

Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security checks. pak355 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Center, but cannot guarantee specific completion times for third-party payment processing.
pak355 reserves the right to decline, delay or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms or a regulatory requirement to do so. Users will be notified where legally permissible.
All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless otherwise provided under specific market rules. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming.
Bets will not be accepted if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the full stake. Partial bet acceptance is not available unless expressly enabled for a specific market.
pak355 reserves the right to void or suspend any betting market in the event of a technical error, incorrect pricing, match abandonment, force majeure, or any other circumstance that renders the integrity of the market uncertain. Voided bets are returned to the Account Balance as stakes.
Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Settlement is carried out in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body or data provider. In the event of a data provider error, pak355 reserves the right to correct settlement outcomes and adjust balances accordingly.
Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply across all betting markets. These limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Help Center. Any winnings in excess of the applicable limit will not be paid.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed using real-money funds do not count towards bonus wagering requirements unless expressly stated.
pak355 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to extract bonus value with minimal exposure, and using third-party bonus-arbitrage services. Where abuse is identified, pak355 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.
pak355 reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already accepted and subject to active wagering requirements will continue under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
pak355 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools and information they need to manage their play. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

During any active self-exclusion period, pak355 will not send you promotional communications and your Account will not be accessible for wagering.
If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm, please use the self-exclusion tools available on your Account dashboard. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws may restrict gambling in Pakistan.
In addition to the restrictions set out in Section 5.2, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
pak355 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, reporting to relevant authorities and pursuing civil or criminal remedies.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of pak355 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pak355.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak355 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak355 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness or currency of any content contained therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that domestic gambling legislation — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect the enforceability of these Terms in that jurisdiction. This does not constitute legal advice.
pak355 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
